The General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (EU) (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) sets out the basic principles and requirements for us and other data controllers in relation to the processing of Personal Data. In processing your Personal Data, we comply with the requirements of the GDPR and other applicable law, as well as the instructions of supervisory authorities.
    3. The term “personal data” (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data) as used in this Privacy Policy corresponds to the definition set out in the GDPR and means, among other things, any information or set of information from which we can directly or indirectly identify you, such as your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.
    4. This Privacy Policy shall apply when you visit our website located at www.forneza.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website), when you use the online store operated by us located on the Site (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store), and when you contact us by telephone or other communication channels. We also inform and communicate about our sales on our social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok (hereinafter referred to as the Social Media Accounts), so the information you provide there may also be processed.
    5. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Online Store or the Website may contain links to other websites or social media accounts. Such websites or social media accounts shall not be covered by this Privacy Policy and you should review their privacy policies before submitting your Personal Data to such websites or accounts.

If you order goods from us, use our Online Store and Website, visit our Social Media Accounts, contact us, subscribe to our newsletters, we shall consider that you have read and understood the information in the Privacy Policy about the processing of your Personal Data, the purposes of the use of your Personal Data, the means and the procedure for using your Personal Data.

    1. We are MB Leto projektai, a small partnership established in the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 303177592, address Verkių st. 27, LT-09108, Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as MB Leto projektai or we) and we are the controller of your Personal Data.
    2. The Data Controller shall determine for what purposes and in what ways Personal Data are processed. The Data Processor shall only process Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller, for the purposes and in the manner determined by the Data Controller.
  1. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS AND HOW DO WE OBTAIN IT?
    1. We process your Personal Data received in the following ways:
      1. Registration information that you provide when you create an account in the Online Store, order our products, contact us by e-mail or telephone, etc;
      2. Information that you send to MB Leto Projects using our messaging, chat, notification, photo upload or similar features;
      3. Information about your use of our Online Store, your account, the Website, Social Media Accounts, such as history of use of the services, your IP address, history of your visit to the Website, preferences, URL links opened, etc.;

We take the view that the person who provides Personal Data to us, whether by providing his/her own Personal Data or Personal Data about other persons (e.g. employees, agents), is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of such Personal Data, as well as for the consent of the person from whom the Personal Data is provided to the disclosure of the Personal Data to us. For the abovementioned purpose, we shall process your Personal Data during the period of order administration and product registration and for a period of three years from the end of the performance of the order for goods and/or services and the end of product registration.

Your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, the content of the enquiry and the response to the enquiry, the ordering information and any other information necessary to provide advice, to carry out the after-sales service and to administer the enquiry, the account number of the payment account, payment information.

We shall process your Personal Data during the administration and/or consultation of the after-sales service and/or quality issue and for a period of five years after the end of the administration and/or consultation of the after-sales service and/or quality issue.

Aim to take action at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);

MB Leto projektai agreements with partners and service providers, their performance and other internal administration, such as maintenance of IT systems, organisation of delivery of goods.

Your name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, position title, workplace name, address, relationship to the legal entity where the legal entity is represented, details of the individual activity certificate, and any other data required for cooperation.

We shall process your Personal Data during the period of service provision and/or cooperation and for a period of five years after the end of service provision and/or cooperation.

Website management, operation, security and quality improvement, administration of social media accounts and other electronic delivery channels.

IP address, data collected through cookies, unique mobile device user number and other settings, data of the device used (model, operating system, browser type and version), unique device identifier (such as the IMEI number of your device, the MAC address of the wireless network interface of the device or the mobile telephone number used by the device), mobile network information, analytical data, e.g. information about your visit, including the number of links you click through and from our Website (including the date and time), the services you view or search for, the response time of pages, the amount of time you spend on certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling and clicking) and the methods used to exit the page, as well as the data collected through the integration of Social Media Accounts.

The Website data shall be stored as described in the “Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies” section of this Privacy Policy.

Data outside the scope of the tracking technology information shall be stored for a maximum of three years from the date of collection.

Social Media Accounts shall store information in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the owner of the relevant social network.

We shall process your Personal Data during the selection period and for three months after the selection has ended, provided that the candidate’s consent to store the data after the selection has been obtained (unless the consent is withdrawn at an earlier time).

Aim to take action at your request before concluding a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) – when you submit your application for a position offered by us;

The data shall be stored for the entire duration of the game, promotion, contest and for one year from the end of the game, promotion, contest.

Performance of financial transactions, bookkeeping, debt management.

Your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position title, workplace name, address, relationship to the represented legal entity, where the legal entity is represented, payment account number, financial institution, payment information, debt information, details of the data transmitted by the company that manages the collection of contributions, and confirmations of payments.

We shall process your Personal Data in accordance with the applicable legislation, including the General Index of Document Storage Periods approved by Order of the Chief Archivist of the Republic of Lithuania of 9 March 2011 No. V-100.

Where Personal Data does not fall within the scope of storage mentioned above, we shall process it during the term of the contract or cooperation between the parties and for 10 years after the end of the contract and/or relationship (last contact).

We shall process your Personal Data for the duration of the dispute and/or claim and for three years from the end of the out-of-court dispute and/or claim and for 10 years from the end of the legal dispute.

Our legitimate interest in asserting, exercising or defending our rights and legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

Performance of a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).

    1. In certain cases, we may use the contact details you provide to send you communications relating to the provision of services and the operation of the Website, e.g. to inform you about technical changes to the Website, changes to the services, or to provide you with important information relating to products. Such communications shall be necessary for the proper provision of our services and shall not be considered to be promotional communications.
  1. SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS
    1. We use our Social Media Accounts to share information about ourselves and the products and services we offer and related news. We may organise contests, advertising campaigns, customer surveys and share job offerings.
    2. It is important to remember that users of Social Media Accounts are subject not only to this Privacy Policy, but also to the privacy policies, terms and conditions of use of the operators of the social networks on which the Social Media Accounts are located. When you connect and interact with us on our Social Media Accounts, we may see certain information about you as an account user, depending on the account user’s chosen social network privacy settings, such as your profile name, surname, image, gender, e-mail address, location, if you have set this information to be publicly available. The information you post as a Social Media Account user may, depending on the privacy preferences you have chosen, be made public (e.g. displayed on our specific Social Media Account) if you post the information when you interact with us on Social Media Accounts.
  1. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT PRINCIPLES DO WE FOLLOW?
    1. We collect and process only the Personal Data necessary to achieve our stated purposes for processing Personal Data.
    2. In processing your Personal Data, we comply with the requirements of current and applicable legislation, including the GDPR:
      1. We collect your Personal Data for specified, clearly defined and legitimate purposes and do not process it in a way that is incompatible with those purposes, except to the extent permitted by law;
      2. We process your Personal Data in a lawful, fair and transparent manner;
      3. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that Personal Data that is not accurate or complete in relation to the purposes for which it is processed is promptly rectified, supplemented, suspended or destroyed. You have the right to change and update the information you provide to us. In some cases (e.g. in order to deliver goods to you), it is necessary for us to have accurate and up-to-date information about you, so we may ask you to confirm periodically that the information we hold about you is correct;
      4. We store them in such a form that your personal identity may be established for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the Personal Data are processed;
      5. We do not disclose Personal Data to third parties and shall not disclose it other than as set out in the Privacy Policy or applicable law;
      6. We hereby ensure that your Personal Data shall be processed securely and is protected against loss, unauthorised use and alteration. We have put in place physical and technical measures to protect the information we collect from accidental or unlawful destruction, damage, alteration, loss, disclosure or any other unauthorised processing. Personal Data security measures shall be established taking into account the risks involved in the processing of Personal Data.
      7. Our employees are under a written obligation not to disclose or distribute your Personal Data to third parties.
  1. TO WHOM AND WHEN DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
    1. We shall only transfer your Personal Data to other data controllers or processors as specified in this Privacy Policy.
    2. The information published on the Website and/or social networks may be viewed by other users of the Services and/or visitors to Social Media Accounts. We require users of the Online Store services to comply with our terms of use. We also reserve the right to provide information about you if, in accordance with applicable law, we are required to do so by law enforcement authorities, prosecuting authorities, or other authorities who have the power to issue binding instructions to provide information.
    3. We may transfer your Personal Data to our partners or consultants, such as providers of server hosting, website hosting and content management, data centres, cloud computing, IT, payment, advertising and marketing, auditing and accounting, legal, tax advisory services, claims management, employee safety, debt collection, parcel delivery services. We require data processors to store, process and handle Personal Data as responsibly as we do and only on our instructions. We have the following partners and data processors:

      2. 7.3.2.Accounting and financial services: Rivilė, UAB, Viena sąskaita, UAB;
      3. 7.3.3.Couriers and parcel services: Venipak Lietuva, UAB, DPD Lietuva,

      5. 7.3.5.Cloud and web hosting services: Hostinger International Limited,
    4. In order to publish your content on social media accounts, we provide Personal Data to the operators of the social media platforms. We shall transfer Personal Data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to the following social network operators:
      1. Meta Platforms Inc. (USA) (data shall be transferred to the service provider in accordance with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for data transfers outside the EEA);
      2. Google LLC (USA) (data shall be transferred to the service provider in accordance with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers outside the EEA approved by the European Commission);
      3. Tik Tok Pte Ltd. (Singapore) (data shall be transferred to the service provider in accordance with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for data transfers outside the EEA).
    5. We continually operate and improve our Online Store and Website and the services we provide to protect the security and confidentiality of the Personal Data we process, and to enable us to perform certain business-related functions that help make our Online Store and other services accessible and functional. For this reason, we shall transfer your Personal Data to service providers who provide IT security, maintenance and technical services and communication services.
    6. For contests and games, we work with partners and share winners’ Personal Data with them so that prizes and gifts may be awarded. In the event that you are a winner, your Personal Data may be transferred to our partners.
    7. Law enforcement and pre-trial investigation authorities, courts and other dispute resolution bodies, state or local government bodies and institutions, and other persons exercising functions conferred by law, in accordance with applicable legislation. We shall provide such entities with the information they are required to provide, either by law or by the entities themselves;
    8. If necessary, to companies that intend to buy or purchase MB Leto projektai’s business or enter into a joint venture or other form of cooperation with us, as well as to companies established by us.

This right shall only be exercised if there are adequate grounds and measures in place to ensure that the transfer of the requested Personal Data will not put the data of others at risk.

You shall have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data where such data is processed or intended to be processed for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling in relation to such direct marketing (based on the Personal Data you have provided to us, profiling for the purpose of direct marketing may be carried out in order to provide you with customised solutions and offers. You may withdraw or object to the processing of your Personal Data by automated processing, including profiling, at any time).

For security reasons, in some cases we may not be able to comply with your requests without verifying your personal identity, therefore we may ask you to provide proof of your personal identity, such as an personal identity document or other information. When we receive a request by e-mail, depending on the content of the request, we may ask you to provide a request signed with an advanced or qualified electronic signature, to send the request by post, or to visit us.
      3. You may exercise some of your rights as a data subject yourself by changing the settings of your Online Store account and the information contained therein. Please note that if you change your account settings or the information you upload, the Online Store may not work or may work intermittently.
      4. We do not normally charge any fee for exercising your rights. However, the law allows us to charge a reasonable fee or to refuse to comply with your request if it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
      5. If you do not want your Personal Data to be processed for the purposes of direct marketing, contests, surveys, including profiling, you may opt out of such processing without giving reasons for your opt-out by sending an e-mail to info@forneza.com or by any other means indicated in the communication provided to you (e.g. by clicking on the relevant link in the newsletter).
      6. Upon receipt of your request or instruction concerning the processing of your Personal Data, we shall provide you with a response within no later than one month from the date of the request and we shall carry out the actions set out in the request, or we shall inform you of the reasons why we refuse to do so. If necessary, this specified period may be extended by a further two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests. In such a case, we shall inform you of the extension within one month of receipt of the request.
  1. NEWS AND DIRECT MARKETING
    1. We may send our offers and information about our services (direct marketing communications) to your e-mail address and/or telephone number if you have given us your consent to do so or if you or an organisation you represent is a client of ours. We may personalise direct marketing messages by using information about how you use our services, such as how often you use the Online Store, which message people opened, which links they clicked on, etc. This information shall be collected in order to provide you with more relevant and tailored news.

  • We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to analyse your use of the Website, to compile reports based on this analysis, and to plan and forecast the activities of the Website and the Services. The data collected by Google Analytics may be transferred to and stored on a Google LLC server in the USA. We have implemented IP anonymisation on our website so that your IP address will be hidden by Google LLC in EU Member States and other countries that are signatories to the European Economic Area Agreement.
