Warranty

We are so confident in the high quality of Forneza products, we give every buyer a 5 year warranty for the furnace body. This warranty is applicable when the buyer is a private person, who uses the oven for non-commercial purposes. The burner and all Forneza accessories come with a 2 year warranty. Legal entities are given a 2 year warranty for everything.

The warranty is provided only with the purchase document of the product, which is an invoice or receipt.

Attention: the warranty is provided if the oven is used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the user manual, which you will find in the package together with the oven. warranty applies to factory defect. Natural wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
